Preview or Print

Do you want to preview this report or go directly to a printer?

Select Printer

Opens a printer list to select a different printer.

Accept the selected options and process the report to the appropriate target. In the instance shown above targets are limited to preview and print. Depending on your product options you may have additional targets as shown below.

Cancel

Cancel report processing and return.

Clear Choice

As shown above an archived report has been retrieved... see: Retrieve Report. Once a report has been retrieved you can press this button to reset the window by clearing the selected archive.

Printer Setup

Memorize Printer Setup

For those reports that you prefer to send to a specific printer, use a specific paper tray, or want to preset the copies for future use you can use this option to save the current printer settings for the next time this report is processed.

Clear Memorized Printer

Press this button at any time if you wish to change these settings and reset to the default printer.

Additional Report Targets



This cutout displays advanced destination options that may be available in your product. This is just a sample and may be different depending on options within your product.

If you select an advanced destination, other than Print / Preview as displayed, the report will be processed to that single destination only and cannot be printed or previewed.
