ERROR (2) File Not Found FILE:C:\TEMP\CLAxxx.TMP 
You will probably receive a similar error when exporting an NCR (newspaper column) report to a SoftVelocity extended target. A fix for this is undergoing testing and will hopefully be released within the next week.

unresolved external TYPE$LSI_RSCARBITERCLASS If you receive this error during a compile you should check to see if the RPM classes and includes listed below are in your <Clarion>\LIBSRC folder. They need to be in this folder to function properly. These source and include files are written correctly and will not be included in your projects unless requested by the RPM global extension.

Fix for 9058 Duplicate Symbol errors on local RPM compiles
You can eliminate these errors by rolling back to the 9057 versions of the Win32 and WinINet LIB files. Due to an oversight by SoftVelocity there is nothing else that can be done at this time since the SV HTML help libraries, included in RPM, result in the duplication errors.
